Vision/Mission

VISION:

Transformed in Jesus Christ we, Sisters of the Good Shepherd and lay partners of the Center for Overseas Workers (COW)   live our mission of compassion and reconciliation to OFWs and their families and the Filipinos overseas. With zeal we labor to renew the world towards fullness of life where there is Justice, Peace and Integrity of Creation.

MISSION:

In global solidarity, we proclaim the Gospel of compassion and reconciliation to   the OFWs and their families and Filipinos overseas especially to girls
and women so that their emotional, spiritual and material well being is served, thus, their
ben efits are promoted, their rights are protected and their faith strengthened. In this way,
they will give witness to Christ wherever they go.
